Building
Fall Break and Easter children, spend most of April in Argentina. It was the first family back since emigrated. With Mica had returned a few years ago under conditions not very nice, as was the death of my mother. But this was the first full-back plan.

We had a great, and everyone came back very happy with the trip. For those who had not returned sooner, was a journey of demystification of Argentina, which was interesting.

Obviously I have material to write for weeks of our adventures over there, which surely will.

Last night, we arrived and began to disarm the bags. More than three bags journeyed there with gifts for family and friends. In particular, the children donated a major portion of their toys to be donated to his cousins.

And that empty space, and more, was filled with purchases that traveled back to Australia. Not counting all the girls bought clothes (which was not little), it was yesterday the inventory of things that came back:

The cat you see in the picture not included among the imported, I was just inspecting. But mostly came leather goods (shoes, purses, briefcases, etc.), articles of mate (different types of boilers, different types of mates, bulbs, accessories, etc), ornaments (much rustic, tango, gauchos, etc.), food (grass in its many flavors, tea, sandwich cookies, tons of candy, cookies, chocolates, soya flour for cutlets, fried cake, for CHIP, etc.), cookware (pots, knives, molds , pizzerias, many different devices), trays (special chopped, roasted, etc), beverages (Fernet, sweet liqueurs Milk, etc.) Latin music, Argentine films, several books, etc.

Apart from what came in the bags, we brought many kilos of more jobs. Mercilessly attacked cream, roasts, pizzas, pies, pastries, sandwich cookies, and cakes bills. All without exception came with a belly that now we must begin to reduce. But whoever takes away what you enjoyed? Argentina

for Argentines seemed expensive, but for the Australian pocket, is reasonably cheap. For every dollar Australian today get 4.45 Argentinian pesos. And the purchasing power relationship is not far removed from that relationship, I think. Ie, walking in Argentina, renting apartment, eating in restaurants, going all the time, moving with rental cars and taxis, and buying a 2 hands, we have probably spent no more than if we had lived here normally.

The time spent with family and friends was great, and wove many plans to meet again.

Now we are at home, and have a little more than 3 days before resuming activities on Monday.

And we're really enjoying being back in our place in the world.

In fact, today we go out and fish with Samantha ...
