On Friday I attended the First Congress of Small Towns of Spain, the conference heard of the various debates, I take these findings:
- Rural development must be sustainable, economically, socially and environmentally

- Our natural heritage is a treasure that we must manage and just can not.
- We should be much more efficient implementation of public policies are losing time and money.
- the participation and initiative of rural society, we should encourage it, civil society must be the protagonist, educate, provide resources for entrepreneurship.
- It is important to recognize the area (district, commonwealth ...) must have an institutional presence, must be disclosed.
- Civil society must be responsible and pay services, fighting for their economy.
- is more than necessary to compensate and support to small towns from government, for example, giving priority to tax benefits for civil servants (teachers, doctors, administrators, nurses ...) living in the same municipality where they work.
